Description
A light, pale-gold balsamic glaze from Olea Pia, made in Italy from white balsamic vinegar reduced to a glossy, syrup-like finish. Gently sweet with a soft acidity, it finishes a plate without the deep colour of a dark balsamic, so leafy greens, burrata and grilled fish stay looking as fresh as they taste.
Drizzle it over salads and soft cheeses, roasted vegetables or grilled chicken, or trail it across a fruit platter or panna cotta. It is the bottle that lives beside the olive oil and gets reached for most nights.
