Common questions
Can I order pre-order items?
Yes — pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page with an expected due date. If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, the whole order ships when the pre-order arrives, to save you extra shipping.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Bummer — sometimes these things happen! Please email us at hello@norsu.com.au with a photo as soon as your order arrives and we'll get back to you straight away.
Do you ship to New Zealand or overseas?
New Zealand, yes — standard homewares and norsu STUDIO pieces ship at the NZ rates above, priced in NZD with no GST, and usually arrive within 6–10 business days. Bulky items (furniture, lighting, rugs, mirrors and lockers), framed prints and limited edition art are Australia only — our affordable prints ship to NZ unframed, rolled in a tube. For anywhere else, email hello@norsu.com.au with the items you'd like and your address and we'll come back with a quote.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is dispatched. For bulky deliveries, our team will be in touch directly to book in a delivery window.
Please note
Free shipping applies to standard items only, within Australia, and excludes bulky goods (furniture, rugs, mirrors, lighting, moodboards, lockers). New Zealand orders are charged at the NZ rates above; bulky goods, framed prints and limited edition art are not available for delivery to New Zealand. Dispatch times may vary slightly during sale periods and around public holidays. Pre-order due dates are subject to change.
