Handmade in Melbourne, the norsu ottoman brings style, warmth and versatility into your home. Finished in textured Pickle bouclé, it's a soft, frame-free piece filled with a foam coil insert for lasting shape — lightweight and easy to move.

Made to order: Handcrafted in Melbourne, approx 4–6 weeks lead time. As a custom order, changes or refunds can't be accepted once placed. Free collection from our Malvern store; delivery attracts an additional shipping fee.

  • Protect from direct sunlight to minimise fading.
  • Attend to spills immediately — gently blot (do not rub).
  • Annual professional cleaning recommended.
  • Do not remove covers for separate cleaning, even if zipped.
  • Use upholstery shampoo or professional hot-water extraction cleaning only.
  • Avoid dishwashing/laundry detergents and do not wet the filling.
  • Dry in shade away from heat; allow to dry completely before use.
  • Spot clean with proprietary agents or dry cleaning solvent — never saturate.
  • Pilling may occur with normal wear; remove with a fabric pilling tool.
  • Soil-resist treatments: use only water-based protectors.

  • Bouclé features a looped, textured yarn that gives a soft and cozy look. Its texture may show wear differently to smooth fabrics — pilling and snags can occur with daily use. These are natural characteristics and not faults.
