JimJam Foods' spicy tomato pasta sauce: tomato, red pepper and garlic with capers and extra virgin olive oil, and enough chilli to earn the name. Made by hand on the farm at Stanley in North East Victoria, it is an arrabbiata with a bit more going on.
Enough for a family pot of pasta. Warm it through, toss with penne and finish with parmesan, or use it under a baked fish or on a pizza. No artificial ingredients, no preservatives.
