Stone-ground organic milk chocolate from Bahen & Co, made bean to bar on the family farm in Margaret River. Madagascan cacao from the Somia Plantation is ground with organic milk, and the result is distinctively creamy, with notes of caramel and shortbread.
Bahen & Co make chocolate the slow way, on restored machinery from the 1910s to 1930s that runs cool enough to keep the flavour of the bean. Fewer ingredients, longer grinding, and a bar that tastes of where it came from.
