Slow-roasted Australian pecans, drizzled with spring-harvest maple syrup and folded through Bahen & Co's stone-ground organic milk chocolate. Crunchy, nutty and a little toasty, it is the bar for anyone who likes their chocolate with something in it.
Bahen & Co make chocolate bean to bar on the family farm in Margaret River, on restored machinery from the 1910s to 1930s that runs cool enough to keep the flavour of the bean.
Ingredients
Cacao beans, raw sugar, milk, cocoa butter, pecans, maple syrup. Contains milk and pecans (tree nuts).
Size & storage
75g bar, in a patterned paper wrapper. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
