Raw cacao powder blended with unrefined coconut sugar and a little Australian salt — nothing else. The result is a proper, grown-up hot chocolate: deep and genuinely chocolatey rather than sweet, and dark enough that you taste the cacao first.

It is not only for drinking. Use it in place of cacao or cocoa in baking, stir it into a chocolate sauce, or add a spoonful to a smoothie.
