Description
A well-balanced, aromatic chai, blended by hand in Australia from organic coconut sugar, black tea extract and whole spices — cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, star anise, cardamom, cloves and pepper. Rich enough to hold its own against milk, gentle enough to drink every morning.
Two heaped teaspoons into 200ml of warmed milk, or steam it in the jug if you have a coffee machine. It is just as good cold over ice, and it behaves beautifully in baking.
