JimJam Foods' hot tomato chilli relish, for the person at the table who always asks for the hot one. Slow-cooked tomato, onion and garlic with wine vinegar and olive oil, then a proper hit of hot chilli. Made by hand on the farm at Stanley in North East Victoria.

Spoon it onto a cheese toastie, a sausage roll or a burger, serve it with eggs, or set it beside the cheddar on a board. No artificial ingredients, no preservatives.
