Description
Field-grown strawberries, slow-roasted pistachios and a dusting of sea salt, folded through Bahen & Co's stone-ground 70% cacao chocolate. Fruity and nutty against a proper dark bar, and nowhere near as sweet as it sounds.
Bahen & Co make chocolate bean to bar on the family farm in Margaret River, on restored machinery from the 1910s to 1930s that runs cool enough to keep the flavour of the bean. There is no milk in the ingredients.

Cocoa beans, organic raw sugar, strawberries, pistachios, olive oil, sea salt. Contains pistachios (tree nuts).

75g bar, in a patterned paper wrapper. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
