Description

Bahen & Co's house-blend 75% cacao chocolate meets Australian almonds, slow-roasted in olive oil from the family farm and finished with hand-harvested Maldon sea salt. Rich and crunchy, balanced between sweet and salty, and the one that disappears first.

Bahen & Co make chocolate bean to bar on the family farm in Margaret River, on restored machinery from the 1910s to 1930s that runs cool enough to keep the flavour of the bean. There is no milk in the ingredients.
