Ultra-thin arms, a solid timber frame and soft loose cushions — the GlobeWest Tolv Pensive 2 seater is a contemporary take on mid-century design that merges restraint and generosity. The fine arm and frame lines keep it visually light; the deep, loose cushions make it anything but austere.
The upholstery is 100% semi-aniline Pecan leather, a warm tan hide with a natural, lightly finished surface that will mark and mellow with use — that patina is the point. It sits over a solid oak, plywood and beech frame with foam, feather and fibre fill, on exposed Light Oak legs that match the pale timber of the Tolv range.
At 2000 mm wide and 880 mm deep with a low 380 mm seat height, the Pensive is a relaxed, lounging two-seater that suits a smaller living room or a study. Rated to 200 kg. Arrives assembled with knock-down legs for easier access through doorways.
