Framing Instructions

We are so excited for you to unleash your creativity and imagination with your new gallery box frame. Designed by us for you to share your precious memories, art and keepsakes.
Before you dive into framing, please take a moment to read these simple steps to ensure you nail it first time.

1. Unscrew corner fixings:

Lay frame on a flat surface (with the deep frame side facing down) and unscrew all four silver corner fixings to separate the two perspex sheets with your fingertips.

2. Peel off protective film:

Peel both layers from the front perspex panel, and set aside on a soft surface to avoid scratches.

3. Place your art:

Use double sided tape or blu-tack to perfectly position your art on the BACK piece of perspex - art facing up.

4. Reassemble the frame:

Place the loose front panel of perspex back inside the frame, sandwiching your artwork between the two panels.

Note - the front of the artwork should be showing through the deeper side of the frame.

5. Replace fixings:

Screw all four corner fixings back in place with your fingertips to secure your art.

6. Stick your bracket:

Turn your frame over so the back (shallow side) is facing up, and find the perfect spot to stick the clear hanging bracket. We recommend sticking it centrered and approx 1/3 down from the top.

Ensure it is stuck with the arch facing downwards, and is positioned in an area that will be hidden by the print - to give the floating frame look.

Peel off the back (starting at the tab), and press firmly to the back of the frame. Allow one hour to adhesive to build before hanging.

7. Choose your hanging spot:

Hold the frame to the wall and make a mark at the top centre lightly with a pencil.

8. Measure & mark:

Measure from frame top to hanging point, and mark this point at the same distance from your pencil mark on wall.

9. Install a suitable fixing into your wall:

We recommend a screw or heavy duty nail/hook.

10. Hang the frame:

Slide the clear bracket over the top of your wall fixing, checking with a level or by eye. Shift gently at the bottom corners until straight, and erase and visible pencil marks.

Then enjoy your masterpiece for many years to come! x
