norsu Cabin was a ten-year dream that, once the perfect property was found, came to life in record time. With many successful project renovations under our belts through our interior design service norsu Design, our goal was to create a real-life, entirely immersive norsu-lifestyle experience for people to stay in and enjoy. Every detail has been curated to make the cabin feel like a true escape.
"The thought of families coming together making memories by exploring the gardens, and toasting marshmallows, while the adults enjoy great conversation by the fire over a cheese board and a nice bottle of red is what really puts a smile on our faces."

Where it all began
A slice of Scandinavia in country Victoria
Talk about a pinch-yourself moment. Since day one of norsu it has always been a dream of ours to own a norsu property to share with our community - and after years of dreaming, it became a reality. In true norsu fashion, we picked up the keys and dove straight into the renovation within days. With a captivating wilderness feel set on 3000m2, the A-frame double-storey cabin already featured stunning wood beams, pitched ceilings and a flourishing landscape. It was the perfect canvas for our norsu Design team to bring to life something spectacular - a true escape that is just down the road, but feels like a world away.

The vision
Every space reimagined
The plans included a full renovation of the bathroom and laundry, upgrading the existing kitchen, creating a kids zone with playful built-in beds, re-painting inside and out, new flooring and window furnishings, reviving the internal timber logs, and finishing with extensive interior decorating of all spaces.

The sky was the limit when planning the look and feel of the cabin. Our talented norsu Design team selected the perfect finishes for this exciting project - and with so many amazing design partners on board, it was hard to narrow down our favourites.
